She has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her green robe, and her gloved hand is found clutching a spear. Her hair is white and very short. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Valida was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Description: This light-skinned female tends to wear a tan poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her white hair is wavy and long. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Keyleth was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Keyleth's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a butcher again

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Shepherd. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Shifting liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Malquis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student she started as a Sage, but she got bored and became a Priest. She tends to her Priest job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
