History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Born in the north to a Dilettante, Ahvain learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.

Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She wears baggy black pantaloons and a violet scarf. She is an epitome of beauty. Her auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Weaver and was forced into it by her family; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: Barbena wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Barbena was born with her father's beautiful face. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Barbena has worked very hard to control her curse. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
