Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Delebean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Delebean never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Fulbar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spy. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
