History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Nim speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Nim was born the youngest of three triplets. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. Her long bronze crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines red.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Thava is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.
