Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Werydd lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Voice: Speaks through clenched teeth

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Beatrice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.
