History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. During her travels, Paela and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Paela discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Paela fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: Born to a Seamstress, her father struggled to pay the bills. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Cook work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cook work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Cook job and began her own company from there.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
