Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Oppleby learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Doctor, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Kadana wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Galiena embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Galiena alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted.
