He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fletcher for the past few years.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.
