History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Shaká was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Frug lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Body Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
