Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. Gerard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Shaena alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shaena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After months of barely getting by, Dworic managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.
