He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cartwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Cartwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born into a rich family. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Tabaxi culture. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

History: He was born in the south. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
