History: Thrak hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and to settle down with his crush

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her red crest, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He wears dull green sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed greataxe, just in case. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length silver crest. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Heskan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Seamstress work with an outfit from a few towns over. Seamstress work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: To be a Carpenter again; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This slender man stands about 6'8". He wears just a green suit. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His silver eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mantus grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mantus. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
