History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Merla was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft red waves gently in the breeze. Her white hair is well kept. Her eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born in the west to a Jeweler, Ilanis learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ilanis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ilanis. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Description: A middle-aged man, he likes to wear black tank tops with brown pants, and is pretty ugly. He has moderate length brown hair. His eyes are black and catlike.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fenriz does not often speak of it. History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Fenriz was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: Aline was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Aline alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To protect her home; and to prove her worth to the world
