Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bathin's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Bathin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her childhood dream was to be a Crown-heir, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a green costume with the symbols of luck on her torso. Her hair is chestnut and very short. She has gold eyes.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents enrolled her in a Bard school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Kasdeya was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available she will default to her pickaxe. Her silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.
