Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Kelter was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kelter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a green shirt with thin pastel vertical stripes and black pants. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His black eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Ruler. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her yellow fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: He is in excellent shape and dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are green.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Seamstress responsibilities is difficult; and to prove his worth to the world
