He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Juliana abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Irann hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
