Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She has a long white ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are brown.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Zog grew up listening to his father's many stories. Zog was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Zog decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Sweet alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: Standing 5'3", this man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he desires power and/or immortality
