Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Susannah was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. History: Korinn was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age her father died while driving off some giants. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in crossbow use. She now owns her own business.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. At some point he was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: She was born in a small plains village. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.
