History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cory grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Torgga was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Torgga's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
