Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Melech was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Gardener work with an outfit from a few towns over. Gardener work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Gardener job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: She is lean but muscular and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her tied-back hair is brown. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ulla embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents enrolled her in a Commoner school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she is content

Description: She wears a blue shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and white pants. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The war was a terrible time for her, and Elama does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Three embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Three hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
