History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fulbar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His first spouse was a Mortician, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has money and likes to spend it
