Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mardnab embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a yellow top hat and yellow clothes. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Justin grew up listening to his father's many stories. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fisher. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born into a rich family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to unite with his sister

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a white vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his white boots flare out at the collars. He wears his blonde hair down. His eyes are violet.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Painter, but he got bored and became a Roofer. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He's in love; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy red stubble. He tends to wear a green poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a hunchback. His red hair is singed and shortened. He has gleaming, smiling white eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Abad was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Abad decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a rival would like him out of the picture
