History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Barakas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Marshal mother left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Navigator mother left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Erdan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Agnes hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and regain custody of her son

Description: He is dressed in an above average manner. He carries with him a set of lances on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He is baby faced.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Barendd fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
