History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He has worked as a Marshal like his mother before him.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears baggy red pantaloons and a black scarf. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length black hair. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thea embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Thea hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born to a Junk Dealer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the north to a Tailor, Sumnes learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
