History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. History: Born in the east to a Cartwright, Melissa learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She now owns her own business.

Description: This man is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Az-Adar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Az-Adar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a bookbinder and was forced into it by his family

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
