History: Richard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He worked as a nervous Glassblower and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Cloud was taken on many hunting expeditions. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Ploughman soon after.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her long red hair reaches down to her waist. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her hair is short and black. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep white.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She got into the Tanner business at a young age. She worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Tanner, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
