History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Marbas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom.
