Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His auburn hair is braided into rings. He has gray eyes and a grey hat with a pastel feather.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Kody alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He struck the Sailor job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears just a brown suit. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bellfounder responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She was born in the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This tall, slender man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He wears his white hair down. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mercenary business.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Az-Adar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Description: She dresses well, wearing blue shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She is baby faced.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins.
