History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Arava never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Adelaide and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Egelina hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Egelina was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A freak accident while working with his Hunter mother left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
