History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Phelaia and her spouse have recently divorced.
