Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. He has brown hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: He very much looks the part of a Fletcher, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'8" when asserting himself. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Gerbo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: She wears a red shirt, with a brown mid length skirt with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly axes and longswords. Her red hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
