Personality: Rhogar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Rhogar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor.
