History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Oren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Guard, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
