Description: He is dressed in an above average manner, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'1" when asserting himself. He has wavy red hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hupe embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. His red hair is singed and shortened. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Adventurer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Adventurer.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure

Description: He wears a brown shirt with thin white vertical stripes and grey pants. He carries with him a set of halberds, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Gimurt was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Gimurt was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gimurt's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gimurt fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She wears her auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair is chestnut and very short. His half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. During his travels, Sammal and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Sammal discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Sammal fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion.
