Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. He has moderate length white hair. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 41. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Latbag was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He got into the Assassin business at a young age. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He struck the Assassin job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
