Personality: Heian hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Heian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Layabout soon after.
