Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. He carries a battered sai and tarnished nunchaku as well. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ratak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shield, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe, marred by chocolates. He wears his black hair down. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Aust is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Aust was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When Aust reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
