History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Herleva alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Kadana was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Fisher. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
