History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Beast grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
