History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with her Layabout mother left her crippled. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Therai was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Therai's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
