Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nelkin isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Nelkin is a bit of a follower. History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure.
