History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has worked as a Painter like her mother before her.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Spy. He works hard and plays hard.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: 6'4" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His blonde hair is braided into rings. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Monk school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. Now she works as a writing tutor during her time off.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
