History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Therlin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Ûgakûga was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ûgakûga abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. After coming to the age of reason, Tharivol took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
