History: Fax was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. A true patriot, Gardain would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Barrister, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gardain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, and her gloved hand is found clutching a lance. She wears her golden hair down. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Emeny was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Emeny alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Althaea's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Althaea reached her early adolescence her Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
