Description: This late middle aged woman wears rags and sports a simple walking cane and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She is a Hag in disguise. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sculptor who has hired her part-time. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Seddit was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sculptor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sculptor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Sailor; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: Tippletoe is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Spy arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
