Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Personality: Oren is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Peren hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Peren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: She got into the Map Maker business at a young age. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.
