Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Synthrin liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She became a Navigator soon after.

Description: She dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a black coat with white slacks. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly scythes and warhammers. Her white hair is heavily combed to the left. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, marred by beers. His hair is long and black with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
