Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Halander alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears dull blue sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed longsword, just in case. Her head has been shaved. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.
History: Quilla hails from a village terrorized by orcs. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting orcs, the young Quilla began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oda grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oda. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. His bronze crest is knotted and matted. He has a dull look in his gold eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Quarethon embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her hair is long and golden with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Audhild is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: Born to a Architect, her father struggled to pay the bills. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She became a Cartwright soon after.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to get a good night's sleep
