Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears a brown tunic with green highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has moderate length chestnut hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Darrak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Darrak. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is typically in her Butcher uniform. Her silver hair, when down, is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Susannah embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Born in the north to a Butcher, Susannah learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Butcher. She struck the Butcher job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her greataxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. She has styled her blonde hair well, parting it to the left. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Courier soon after.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Edge lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
