Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Simon has worked very hard to control his curse. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Menny fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Cask lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
